Introduction of “China Standardization Century Scientific Research Center”

　　“China Standardization Century Scientific Research Center ”(“CSCC “) is a research and consulting institute on quality and standardization. Since 1999, we got the support of China National Institute of Standardization and Publishing House, and We established good relationship with General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ), Standardization Administration of China (SAC), and Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA). And successfully organized some activities with approval by the relative authorities of government.

　　a) In November, 2000, we held “Standardization and Trade Barrier Seminar ”and invited AQSIQ, Ministry of Commerce, University of International Business and Economics and the like departments and institutes to discuss on quality, standardization and trade of China after the entrance of WTO.

　　b) January 5, 2001, we organized “ISO9000: 2000 Training Course ” which is the first training course in China after the enact of ISO9000: 2000.

　　c) From May to August of 2001, authorized by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNACR), we organized “certification experience tour fair of Chinese enterprises ” in ShangHai, ChengDou, DaLian, ShenZhen and some other cities. It played great part in promoting the theory and certification practice of ISO9000.

　　d) In 2002, on support of China Association for Quality (CQA) and China National Institute of Standardization (CNIS), it organized “Quality Management Tactic Super Class Forum of China Enterprises ”.We invited the president of Crosby Associates of American, Mr. Wayne L. Kost; chief counselor of Hong Kong Productivity Council, JiangQifeng; International Quality Academician LiuYuanzhang and other authority quality experts to take a special trip to Beijing to deliver a speech. “Baijia platform” of CCTV broadcasted the content of the forum by two episodes separately named “Quality Revolution ” and “Quality Management”. More than 300 representatives of Lucent, EPSON,Kodark,FUJI,Hair Lenovo,CHITand other well-known enterprise nation and abroad participated the forum.

　　e) September 25, 2003, On the support of Standardization Administration of China, we organized “China Technology Standard Development Tactic Super Class Forum ”, it discussed the matter of how to constitute technology standard development tactic and the matter of how to enhance the competitiveness of China technology standards.

　　f) July, 2004, together with China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, we invited the leadings of Ministry of Commerce of China, CNCA, Ministry of Labor and Social Security and other ministries, to discuss the worldwide concerned matter of“SA8000 social responsibility standard”

　　By earnestness explore, research and unremitting efforts, “CSCC “ has made great efforts on promoting quality and standardization of China. We established relationship with Haier, lenovo, CNPC, sinopec  national first class enterprises and IBM, coca-cola, Nescafe etc, world 500 top enterprises.

　　At present we are pressing ahead with constructing “Globe standards network” in order to promote the communication with world economics.
